Due to continuous growth we are looking to identify an individual to join our established Industrial Division based in Dudley.
Initially joining as a ‘Recruitment Resourcer’ with development opportunities to progress to a Trainee Recruitment Consultant following a successful trial period.
Your role as a recruitment resourcer will include, but not limited to:
– Sourcing candidates through existing database, job boards and social media
– Developing and maintaining positive relationships with applicants
– Interviewing applicants and CV writing when required
– Advertising roles on job boards, social media and newspapers
– Liaising with consultants and assisting with general administrative tasks
To be considered the following attributes will be required:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in using Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook
– An ability to work to targets/deadlines
– A ‘Can Do’ attitude with a real desire to work in Sales
Initially you will be working on a temporary basis with a view to a permanent role.
You will be required to work 8am-5.30pm Monday-Friday (Although flexibility will be required)
A Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
